Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between King Simba (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pentti Grecosaurus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). King Simba could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Pentti Grecosaurus's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Grecosaurus shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Simba but Simba pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Simba feints and then cracks Grecosaurus's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Grecosaurus down.

Grecosaurus shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Grecosaurus shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Simba sprawls well. Simba wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Grecosaurus gets slowly back to his feet.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Grecosaurus lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Simba regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Grecosaurus.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Grecosaurus working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
