Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Aleksander Emelianenko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dan Damage (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Damage has chosen Hatebreed-Defeatist as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Damage throws a series of punches but Emelianenko avoids them all with ease.
Damage has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.

It looks like Dan Damage has been cut.
Damage swings for the body but Emelianenko moves out of range.
Damage takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Damage tries to move into range but Emelianenko moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Emelianenko goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Some wild striking there from Emelianenko.
Damage looks to land a body kick but Emelianenko moved away.
Damage has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Damage there as he acknowledges the shot.
Damage tries to clinch there but Emelianenko circles away.
Emelianenko thuds his right hand into Damage's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.

That has opened up Dan Damage's cut even more.
Damage tries to close the distance and clinch but Emelianenko swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Emelianenko getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Damage throws a leg kick but Emelianenko moved away.
The fighters circling - Damage throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Emelianenko!
Emelianenko dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Damage looks gassed!
Damage avoids a punch combination nicely.
Emelianenko throws a good cross that connects.

The cut above Dan Damage's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

Damage throws a wild body kick that Emelianenko sees coming a mile off.
Damage swings and misses with a shot to the body

and Emelianenko counters with a crisp one two that drops Damage! Emelianenko thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Damage to his feet! Damage is in big trouble!
Emelianenko bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.

Damage is rocked!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Emelianenko lands with a shot to the body.
Emelianenko bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Damage's head.

Dan Damage's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Emelianenko is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Damage takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Damage misses with a body punch
and Emelianenko counters with a monster hook and another for good measure! Damage falls to the ground, out cold! Stick some heavy metal music over the top of that clip and it's one for the highlight makers!
