Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Johnny Rain!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Agrippa Kohr!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Stewart Dunkirk and Robert Twigg.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rain throws a series of punches but Kohr avoids them all with ease.
Kohr falls off balance throwing a combination
and Rain counters with a nice body shot.
Some wild striking there from Kohr.
Kohr takes one to the chin there.


It looks like Agrippa Kohr has been cut.
Kohr swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Rain counters with a two punch combo.
Rain lands a jab-cross combination.
Rain looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Kohr throws a left and a right that both miss

and Rain counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Rain.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Rain is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Rain would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Kohr being controlled here, momentarily.

Kohr has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Rain can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Kohr wants to sweep here but Rain controlling him for the moment.

Kohr can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Rain controls the pace.

Kohr is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Rain is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Kohr is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

Rain tries to stand but Kohr is controlling from the bottom.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Kohr swings wildly with a couple of big hooks

and Rain holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Rain scores with a shoulder strike.
Kohr tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Rain just stands there and leans against the cage.
Kohr jumps guard but Rain stands there with Kohr around his waist. Kohr gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Kohr jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Rain walks away with a smile on his face. Kohr gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Johnny Rain has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Agrippa Kohr.
Kohr tries to clinch but Rain moves away

and Rain counters with a nice double leg into side control. Kohr won't be happy with that.
A lull in the action here as Rain stalls from top position.
Kohr gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there!

Rain stands up from mount. Strange move.
Kohr looks to clinch

and Rain counters by clinching up.

Kohr sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Rain's guard.

Kohr seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Rain is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 5:03 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Arm Triangle). Agrippa Kohr!
