Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ryan Evans (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Flako Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gracie comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Pull Me Under - Dream Theater kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 1 - 1, fighting out of New York, Ryan Evans!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Flako Gracie!
The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, Anthony Taglia and Columbo Gatti.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie closes the distance and clinches up with Evans, looking for a takedown. Gracie pushes Evans against the cage but Evans circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Gracie slips under a jab from Evans.
Evans is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Gracie.
Evans throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Gracie stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Gracie shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Evans as he avoids it easily.
Evans keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Ryan Evans has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Flako Gracie.
Gracie walks into a stiff left hand from Evans.
Evans throws a jab but it's blocked by Gracie.
Evans cracks Gracie with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Evans has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Gracie to stand back up!
Gracie is rocked!
It looks like Flako Gracie has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Evans lands a big uppercut and this one is all over! His foe lies motionless on the canvas - a massive one punch knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Ryan Evans!
