Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tommy Boyce (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Guillermo Valez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Boyce comes into the arena with Cockney Rejects - I'm Forever Blowing Bubbles blaring out of the sound system. Tommy Boyce had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
12 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Tommy Boyce!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Guillermo Valez!
The judges for this bout are James Atkins, William Gold and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boyce slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
It looks like Guillermo Valez has been cut.
Valez tries to clinch up.
A head kick misses from Boyce.
Valez slips under a jab from Boyce.
A jab from Valez misses.
Valez checks a leg kick nicely.
Valez on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Valez with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Boyce to score with a decent uppercut.
Valez tries to clinch but Boyce is having none of it.
Boyce throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Valez uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Boyce bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Valez looks to land a right hand but Boyce moved out of range.
Boyce feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Valez sprawling to the canvas! Valez rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Boyce finish him?!
Valez is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Boyce lands with a big right hook that stumbles Valez - he's out on his feet here! Boyce follows up with another monster hook that separates Valez from consciousness! Valez falls, almost in slow motion to the canvas! Boyce stands and admires his work as the crowd go wild.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Tommy Boyce!
