Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Steve Fontana (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lester Hayes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fontana comes to the cage accompanied by Queensryche - Silent Lucidity. Hayes has chosen Fallin' - Judgment Night Soundtrack as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Steve Fontana!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Lester Hayes!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Chris Downing and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fontana fails to land with a series of punches.
Some wild striking there from Fontana.
Fontana shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Hayes pinned against the cage. Hayes gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Hayes stuffs the takedown attempt from Fontana. Fontana gets slowly back to his feet.
Fontana throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Hayes was covering up waiting for the punch and Fontana finishes the takedown easily into guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hayes is looking for a triangle but Fontana pushes his legs off easily.
Fontana in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Fontana makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Fontana is working Hayes over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Fontana is posturing up here but Hayes has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Fontana tries to roll out but it's too tight and Fontana has to tap! Slick submission there by Hayes!
