Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Big Dan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Diel Von Cosax (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Von Cosax has chosen Dragula as his entrance music. Diel Von Cosax has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Big Dan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Diel Von Cosax!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Frank Dennis and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dan fails to land the takedown.
Diel Von Cosax seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A head kick misses from Dan.
Von Cosax is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Dan.
Dan tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Von Cosax swivels and escapes.
Von Cosax drops Dan with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Dan looks back up at him and smiles so Von Cosax waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Dan is rocked!
It looks like Big Dan has been cut.
Dan moves away from the strike by Von Cosax.
Oh Dan is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Von Cosax misses with a straight left.
Dan misses with a head kick.
Dan slips a straight right by Von Cosax.
Dan seems to have got his legs back now.
Von Cosax throws the left hand but Dan avoids the punch easily.
Dan staying out of range there.
Von Cosax throws a hook to the side of Dan's head but Dan sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Dan uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Von Cosax.
Von Cosax throws a monster overhand right that drops Dan! Von Cosax follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Diel Von Cosax!
