Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Muay Thai Instructor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Wheeler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Wheeler's choice of entrance music: Don't Damn Me. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Instructor tries to close the distance and clinch but Wheeler swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Wheeler shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Wheeler wants to control from the top but Instructor keeps moving.
Wheeler passes Instructor's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Instructor knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Wheeler on the ground.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Instructor is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Muay Thai Instructor is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Wheeler tries to keep at a distance but Instructor has taken the fight into the clinch.

Wheeler is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Instructor defends well.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Wheeler has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Instructor can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Mike Wheeler showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Wheeler. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man.

Wheeler changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Instructor tries to avoid it but Wheeler manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Instructor to the ground. Instructor escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

No joy there for Instructor, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
