Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bucco Bruce (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Heinrich Dieter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice sprawl there from Dieter as Bruce shoots in.
Bruce misses with a straight right.
Bruce swings for the body but Dieter moves out of range.

Dieter gets caught flat footed, as Bruce shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Bruce prevents Dieter from getting back to his feet.
Bruce trying to control but Dieter is working from the bottom.

Bruce stands and steps away. Dieter gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Dieter stuffs the takedown.

Bruce bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Dieter is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Bruce is controlling him well.
Dieter on the wrong end of some ground and pound.
Dieter tries to escape but Bruce is in control.

Bruce has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
Bruce tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Bruce looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Bruce is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

Dieter is trying to stand up here but Bruce is controlling him well.

Dieter on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
Dieter tries to kick Bruce off in order to stand up. Bruce Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control.

Bruce stands up.

Dieter scores with a takedown into Bruce's guard.
Bruce has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Bruce is pulling down on Dieter's head to control his posture.
Bruce is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Dieter is fighting to break Bruce's control of his arms but Bruce is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

Bruce has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Dieter is working away from the top position though.

Dieter thows a huge punch but Bruce dodges it nicely.
Bruce is doing well to control the position and prevent Dieter from advancing to side control.
Bruce is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Dieter's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Dieter's back!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Dieter is covering up but some of the strikes from Bruce are getting through and doing damage.

Bruce has managed to slip his arm under Dieter's chin. This could be all over... yep, Dieter is tapping out! Submission win for Bruce.
