Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Seeley Booth (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Justice Evans (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 2 - 1, fighting out of London, Seeley Booth!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 2 - 1, fighting out of London, Justice Evans!
The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Sam Margolis and Donald Grub.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Evans is looking to clinch but Booth is avoiding it.
Booth throws a series of punches but Evans avoids them all with ease.

Evans closes the distance and clinches.
Evans goes for a takedown attempt but Booth pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Booth stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Booth wants it to stay on the feet.
Booth scores with a shot to the body.
Evans fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Seeley Booth has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Justice Evans.
Booth lands a head shot.
Nice uppercut lands for Booth. That snapped Evans's head back.
Evans changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Booth tries to avoid it but Evans manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Booth to the ground. Booth escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Booth avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Evans closes the distance and clinches.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Evans changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Booth fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Booth stalks Evans and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Evans's face. Evans staggers backwards, shaken.
Evans looks gassed!
Evans slips a straight right by Booth.
Booth tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Evans walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.

Booth instigates a clinch.
Evans wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Booth has him pressed against the cage.
Booth lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Evans changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Booth fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Evans is trying desperately to land a takedown but Booth is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Evans.
A head kick misses from Booth.

Evans bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Evans is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Booth is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Evans swings around for an armbar but Booth sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Evans's guard.
Booth has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Evans is trying to hold Booth in close to prevent damage but Booth has managed to pass into half guard.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Booth wants to free his trapped foot but Evans is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Evans tries to get to full guard but Booth has control of the leg.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Evans is pressing down on Booth's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Evans fails in his attempt to clinch.
Evans slips under a jab from Booth.
Booth moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Booth looks to land a combination but Evans avoids it well.
Booth defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Evans.
Booth connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Booth attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Evans misses with a takedown attempt - Booth sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Booth throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Evans closes the distance and clinches up with Booth, looking for a takedown. Evans pushes Booth against the cage but Booth circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Seeley Booth has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Justice Evans.

Evans escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Seeley Booth is winning the standup battle so far.
A slow jab from Booth misses its intended target.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Evans is defended easily by Booth.
Evans is breathing heavily.
Evans shoots in but no luck this time.

Evans looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Evans slips a jab and a cross from Booth.
Booth slaps away a takedown attempt from Evans, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Evans walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.

Booth misses with an uppercut. Evans saw that one coming.
Booth throws a nice looking combination but Evans bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Booth lands a nice uppercut.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Booth.
Booth fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
A frustrated look appears on Booth's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Booth lands a left hand that snaps the head of Evans backwards.
Evans tries for a takedown but Booth manages to get underhooks.
Evans has Booth pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Booth manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Booth swings away with an uppercut that misses.

Booth breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Evans tries to clinch there but Booth circles away.
Evans takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Booth is looking to clinch.
Evans fails with the takedown.
Booth misses the jab.
The fight stays on the outside here - Evans looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Evans shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Booth is trying to defend but Evans finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Booth is looking to control Evans's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Booth avoid being mounted?

Evans is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Booth is trying to maintain the position but Evans is very close to passing his half guard.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Evans is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!

Evans shoots in for a takedown but Booth shows good takedown defense.
Evans closes this distance looking for a takedown but Booth circles away.
Evans moves out of range of the leg kick from Booth.
Booth throws a right hand that Evans ducks under and follows up with a left that Evans also avoids with ease.

Evans is trying to get an arm triangle but Booth is defending well.
Booth tries to get back to half guard but can't.

Evans tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Evans has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Booth is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Evans is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.

Evans is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

Evans is working for a submission of some sort.

Evans is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Booth doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Evans.

Evans is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but Booth still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, Booth has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work!

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Booth is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Evans's shoulder. That is not cool.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Evans is trying to improve his position.
Evans is trying to work for a sweep but Booth has mounted him!

And that's the end of the fight!
That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Seeley Booth.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Booth, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
