Cote avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Slayers has closed the distance and engaged Cote in a clinch.
Slayers is struggling to control the position.

Slayers got a little sloppy there for a moment and Cote has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Slayers has managed to get both his arms back between Cote's legs - danger averted.
Slayers stands up over Cote, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Slayers slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.

Slayers is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Cote is trying to escape and Slayers transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Cote is forced to tap! Nice work there by Slayers! Very nice indeed!
