PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Marek Gentlemen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tommy Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gentlemen is coming into this fight with a significant injury, which will no doubt have an effect on his cardio. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Johnson changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Gentlemen looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Johnson lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Gentlemen down.
Johnson looks up at the clock and then as Gentlemen takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Johnson smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

Johnson feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Marek Gentlemen.
