Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Kid Goku (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chester Cheeta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Chester Cheeta!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Hirohito Nitta and Sosuke Kotani.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A combination from Goku does no damage.
Goku throws a jab when Cheeta was well out of range.
Cheeta steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Goku.
Cheeta misses with a takedown attempt - Goku sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Goku throws out a loose jab but Cheeta uses good head movement to avoid it.

Cheeta scores a takedown into full mount!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Goku wants to use the cage to get back to his feet here.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Cheeta tries to control but Goku wriggling away.
Goku is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.

Cheeta with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Goku is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.
Goku might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Cheeta is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Goku is surviving well by controlling Cheeta's body position as best he can.

Cheeta is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Goku has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Cheeta won't let Goku get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.

Cheeta can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Goku is looking to escape.
Goku's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

Cheeta is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Goku can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Chester Cheeta dominated that round.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Goku lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Goku swinging wildly here.
Cheeta shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Goku throws a shot from downtown. Cheeta moves away and avoids it.
Cheeta fails with a takedown attempt.
Goku slaps away a takedown attempt from Cheeta, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Kid Goku has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Chester Cheeta.
Goku throws a lazy right hand but Cheeta sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Goku drops Cheeta with a beautiful combination! Cheeta stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Goku is looking for the KO!

Cheeta is rocked!

It looks like Chester Cheeta has been cut.
Goku connects with a picture perfect right hand that knocks Cheeta out cold! This one is over in a flash!
