Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Waleed Malik (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and jordan jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Malik comes to the ring accompanied by Can't Be Touched. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
jones cracks the inside of Malik's front leg.
Malik wants to clinch up but jones keeps it at a distance.

Malik drives through and clinches with jones against the ropes.

Malik pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
jones works the jab nicely.
Malik is on the wrong end of a nice combination from jones.
Malik misses with an attempted mid kick.
jones keeps Malik at a distance using the push kick.
Malik fails in his attempt to clinch.
jones blocks a head kick by Malik.
jones lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
jones avoids the head kick by Malik.

jones lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by jones.

and jones counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Malik moves forwards but jones connects with a nice, crisp jab.
No joy there for jones, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

jones moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.

and jones counters with a flying knee. Nice.
jordan jones seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
jones throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Malik walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
jones connects with a good right hand that stumbles Malik. Malik circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Malik bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Malik fails in his attempt to clinch.
jones throws a head kick but Malik moves out of range.
Malik throws a body kick, spinning off balance
and jones counters with a three punch combo that has Malik backing up. Malik nods at jones to acknowledge the strikes.
jones misses with the combination.
Malik tries to clinch but jones is having none of it.
jones looks to score with a jab to the body but Malik is just out of range.
jones tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Malik swivels and escapes.
jones moves out of range as Malik throws a body kick.
Malik clinches but jones breaks the clinch
and jones counters with a leg kick.
Malik tries a head kick but it misses.
Waleed Malik is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Malik takes the fight into the clinch.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Malik throws a knee to the head but misses.
Malik lands a good knee to the midsection. jones won't want to take too many of those.
jones looks gassed!
Malik tries to land knees in the clinch but jones avoids the damage to the body.

Malik breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Malik defends well against a solid takedown attempt from jones.

Malik lands a big head kick that sends jones tumbling to the mat! Malik takes a step backwards and waves jones back to his feet - he wants the finish!

It looks like jordan jones has been cut.

Malik clinches up with jones and pushes him back against the ropes.
jones is still on wobbly legs! Can Malik finish him?

Malik's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Malik breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Malik feints a jab and as jones dips his head, Malik unleashes a brutal head kick that catches jones right on the jaw! Timbeeer! jones falls backwards in slow motion, only propped up by the ropes! Malik smiles a psychotic smile as he stares down his unconscious opponent. That is a scary man.
