The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Heino moves in looking to clinch but Masqual pushes him off.

Masqual throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Masqual stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Masqual wants it to stay on the feet.

Masqual lands a left and a right that send Heino crashing to the mat, dazed. Masqual thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Masqual is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Heino flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Heino is out cold! Masqual holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!
