The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
vaed misses with a takedown attempt - nof sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
nof is breathing heavily.
vaed fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
nof keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

vaed escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. nof gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

nof shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches vaed napping and manages to drive through into side control!

vaed shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with nof but nof pushes him off and we're back to square one.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to nof nof.
