Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tyrell Badd (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alexander Karelin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Karelin has chosen Aleksandr Karelin Intro as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Felipe Paraventi and Seu Braga.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Karelin shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Badd but Badd pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Karelin drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Karelin jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Badd is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Karelin is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Karelin has escaped and now he's on top!

Horrible takedown by Badd or perhaps it was just good defense by Karelin which made him look bad.

Alexander Karelin's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
