Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jacko moves into the clinch.
Jacko with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Pepper drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Jacko gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Jacko breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Jacko turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Pepper avoids a kick to the body.
Jacko misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Jacko really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Pepper takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
The fight stays on the outside here - Jacko looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Jacko drives through and clinches with Pepper against the cage.
Jacko is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
Jacko tries to throw a body punch but Pepper avoids it by throwing Jacko back against the cage.

Jacko thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Pepper has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Jacko is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Pepper is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Jacko is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Jacko has escaped and now he's on top!

Jacko is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Pepper is aware though and is defending well.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Jacko wants to hold on but Pepper pushes him away.
Jacko is in a bad position, trying to hold on for dear life but he is really struggling to maintain any sort of control.

Pepper has hold of Jacko's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Jacko manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Pepper goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Jacko turns into him and now he's in Pepper's guard.
