The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ortizzz is looking to clinch but Vegas Baby is avoiding it.
Ortizzz missing with a left hand there. Vegas Baby was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

Ortizzz shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Ortizzz won't allow Vegas Baby to sweep him here.
Vegas Baby will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
Ortizzz wants to control from the top but Vegas Baby keeps moving.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

A close round but Las Vegas Baby will probably get the nod.
That's time! Ortizzz's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Vegas Baby ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Ortizzz moves away.
Vegas Baby throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Vegas Baby throws a nice looking combination but Ortizzz bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Ortizzz looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Vegas Baby is fending him off so far but Ortizzz persists. Nope, Vegas Baby circles away and we're back to standing.
The fight stays on the outside here - Ortizzz looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Ortizzz avoids a lazy jab quite easily.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
