Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Chuck O Brian!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, C Holt!
The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, John Mangel and Damien Edna.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Holt avoids a punch combination nicely.
O Brian misses with a looping right.
O Brian will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
O Brian connects with a single shot there.
Holt walks into a jab.

It looks like C Holt has been cut.
O Brian takes a swing at Holt's ribcage but misses.
O Brian misses the shot to the body.
Holt closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
O Brian lands a right hook to the body.
O Brian throws a nice looking combination but Holt bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Holt will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
The fighters circling - O Brian throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

O Brian lands a left and a right that send Holt crashing to the mat, dazed. O Brian thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Holt is rocked!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
O Brian jabs at Holt's body.
Holt is still on wobbly legs! Can O Brian finish him?
Holt avoids the head kick by O Brian.
Holt seems to have recovered his senses.
Holt looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
O Brian tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

That's one minute gone in the round.
O Brian fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Holt shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts O Brian as he jumps to the side.
Chuck O Brian has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of C Holt.
Holt closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
O Brian cracks Holt with an open hand slap.
O Brian slaps away a takedown attempt from Holt, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Holt dives in and grabs O Brian's left leg, looking for a takedown. O Brian pushes down on Holt's head and hops out.

Holt shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
O Brian is looking for a sweep. Holt is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
O Brian is trying to stand up here but Holt is controlling him well.
O Brian makes his way to full guard. A much better position for O Brian.
O Brian wants to stand and escape but Holt is having none of it.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Holt slips nicely into half guard.

Holt is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, O Brian has managed to free his arm - good work.

Holt in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. O Brian tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Holt!
