The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Temppelikuningas fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Michaels.
Temppelikuningas scores with a head kick.
Michaels takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Temppelikuningas explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Michaels is breathing heavily.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Temppelikuningas lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Temppelikuningas throws a head kick but Michaels moves out of range.
Temppelikuningas scores with a kick to the midsection.
Michaels on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Temppelikuningas. Temppelikuningas obviously looking to wear him down.
Michaels takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?

Temppelikuningas takes the fight into the clinch.
Come on Temppelikuningas - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
Temppelikuningas landing knees to the head.
Temppelikuningas is pushing Michaels up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
Temppelikuningas continues to stall. The referee tells him to work or he's going to break them up.

Michaels tries to score a body lock takedown but Temppelikuningas shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Michaels has Temppelikuningas pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Temppelikuningas manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Temppelikuningas breaks from the clinch.
Michaels looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Temppelikuningas is fending him off so far but Michaels persists. Nope, Temppelikuningas circles away and we're back to standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Chaz Michaels. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Temppelikuningas lands a big head kick that sends Michaels tumbling to the mat! Temppelikuningas takes a step backwards and waves Michaels back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Michaels is rocked!
The fighters circle, before Temppelikuningas throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Michaels's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Temppelikuningas lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
