Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Francois X (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Danger Demon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think X might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Bleu Blanc Rouge. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Demon avoids the head kick by X.

X shoots for a double leg takedown but Demon sprawls well. He's pushed X's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
X will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

and Demon counters with a flying knee. Nice.

Demon is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
X will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

X pushes Demon off looking to stand but Demon dives back in and keeps control.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Demon is looking to work his way around to X's back. He needs to be careful though, as he's in danger of losing this dominant position.
Demon tries to control but X wriggling away.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Danger Demon showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! And we move into the final round!

Demon drops back, looking for a kneebar! X looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. X looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from X!

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

X decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.

and Demon decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in X's guard.
X scrambles and gets back to his feet.

Danger Demon comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
