Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Puukko Punkkari (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Bloggs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Joe Bloggs!
The judges for this bout are James Glass, Chris Edwards and Colin Fotheringham.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Punkkari looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Bloggs!
Punkkari avoids the attempt from Bloggs to control.

Punkkari is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Bloggs can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Bloggs can't escape the position.
Punkkari will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Punkkari is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Bloggs to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Bloggs shrugs it off.
Bloggs throwing hammer fists to the chest of Punkkari. What's that going to do exactly?
Bloggs is desperately trying to improve his position but Punkkari has a good base and remains in mount.
Punkkari avoids the attempt from Bloggs to control.

Punkkari is working for a guillotine from mount but Bloggs frees his head quite easily.
Bloggs keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Bloggs is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Bloggs manages to regain half guard. Good work.

Punkkari is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Bloggs has managed to free his arm - good work.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

Punkkari is looking to advance position but Bloggs won't allow it.

Bloggs is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Punkkari pulls his head out easily.

Bloggs looking for submissions from an awkward position here.
Bloggs gets full guard.

Punkkari thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Bloggs working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Punkkari doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Punkkari manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Bloggs looks gassed!
Bloggs punching from the bottom - just letting Punkkari know he's still in a fight.

Punkkari drops back looking for a leg! Bloggs is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Bloggs manages to kick Punkkari off! Punkkari jumps back into Bloggs's guard.

Bloggs looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.

Bloggs trying to keep a closed guard but Punkkari is proving a slippery customer.
Punkkari trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.

Bloggs pushes a forearm under Punkkari's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Punkkari is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
