Anoy comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Massive Attack - Teardrop kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Javy Gandejos has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gandejos fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Anoy sprawls well initially but Gandejos persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Anoy trying to control but Gandejos postures up.
Gandejos is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Anoy has managed to free his arm - good work.
Gandejos looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Gandejos is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Anoy defends it well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Gandejos is pressing down on Anoy's thigh, looking to free his foot. Anoy is holding on for now.
Anoy regains full guard. Nicely done.
Anoy looking to hit a scissor sweep but Gandejos is one step ahead there.

Anoy controls Gandejos momentarily but Gandejos frees himself.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Anoy cracks Gandejos with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
It looks like Javy Gandejos has been cut.
Anoy leaves Gandejos with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Gandejos misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Anoy pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Gandejos shoots in for a double leg but Anoy sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Javy Gandejos. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Anoy jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Nice sprawl there from Anoy as Gandejos shoots in.
Gandejos shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Anoy pinned against the cage. Anoy gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Gandejos is breathing heavily.
Anoy lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.

Ayo Anoy is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Anoy lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Anoy tries a head kick but it misses.
Anoy feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Gandejos sprawling to the canvas! Gandejos rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Anoy finish him?!
Gandejos is rocked!
Anoy fakes the leg kick and throws a superman punch. It's knocked Gandejos out cold! Brutal finish!
