Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are , Frank Antenori and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thompson moves into range and clinches up with Sosa.
Thompson using the Thai clinch to land knees to the body.
Thompson tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Sosa avoids it.
Thompson keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Sosa's efforts to push away.
A nice glancing elbow lands by Thompson.
Thompson gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
Thompson throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Sosa blocks it with crossed arms.
Sosa takes a knee right on the jaw!
Thompson scores with a hook to the body.
Sosa lands a hook that snaps the head of Thompson backwards.
Sosa lands with a right to the head.
Sosa has had enough of the clinch but Thompson keeps him there for the moment.
Thompson with an attempt at a knee that misses.
Sosa blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Sosa blocks an elbow strike from Thompson.
Sosa digs a right hand into Thompson's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Thompson's gas tank.
Sosa dodges an elbow strike from Thompson.
Sosa wants to break free but Thompson has control.
Sosa cracks Thompson with a nice body shot.
Nice elbow from Thompson.
Thompson misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Sosa.

Sosa on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Sosa escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Thompson is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Thompson shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Sosa defends it nicely.
Thompson has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Thompson there as he acknowledges the shot.
Thompson slips a jab from Sosa.
Sosa misses with an uppercut.
Sosa circles away from the clinch attempt.
Thompson doesn't manage to clinch there - Sosa circles away.
Sosa lands a left and a right that send Thompson crashing to the mat, dazed. Sosa thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Thompson is rocked!
It looks like Hunter Thompson has been cut.
Thompson pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Thompson is still on wobbly legs! Can Sosa finish him?
Thompson looks gassed!
Sosa fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Thompson throws a head kick but Sosa moves out of range.
Thompson seems to have recovered his senses.
Sosa lands a big right hand that sends Thompson crashing to the mat! Sosa stays standing though and waves Thompson back to his feet!
Sosa throws a jab but it's blocked by Thompson.
Sosa connects with a nice cross there... Thompson is looking wobbly and Sosa recognises it - he's rushed in and lands two more brutal shots that send Thompson to the canvas, out cold! A brutal finish to the fight - Sosa jumps onto the cage to celebrate with the crowd!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Alejandro Sosa!
