Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Nikolay Nechvidov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Anderson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Nikolay Nechvidov has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Nikolay Nechvidov seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Anderson fails to land the takedown.

Nechvidov has managed to clinch.
Anderson tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Nechvidov smiles and moves away.
Anderson misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Nikolay Nechvidov has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mike Anderson.

and Anderson counters with a nice double leg into side control. Nechvidov won't be happy with that.
Anderson wants to control but Nechvidov is keeping him busy.

Nechvidov goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Anderson has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Nechvidov but great work by Anderson.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Anderson has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Nechvidov uses from the top position.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. And we move into the final round!

Anderson feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
