The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Ben Zyskovitsi and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zabijaka misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Zabijaka wants to clinch up but Knight keeps it at a distance.
Knight moves away from the strike by Zabijaka.
Zabijaka gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Knight to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Zabijaka looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Knight puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.
Knight seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Zabijaka is trying to control but can't.
Knight prevents Zabijaka from improving his position.
Knight looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Knight in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Zabijaka tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Knight!
