Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Frank Dennis and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bond tries to close the distance and clinch up but Christensen swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Christensen keeps the fight on the outside.
Bond clinches up with Christensen and pushes him back against the cage.
Bond lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Christensen backwards.
Christensen is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Bond lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Bond lands an elbow inside that Christensen shrugs off.
It looks like John Christensen has been cut.

Christensen has control of Bond's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Bond regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Bond is bucking up trying to escape but Christensen cracks him with another couple of good strikes.

Bond is desperately trying to improve his position but Christensen has a good base and remains in mount.

Christensen seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Bond does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Christensen shoots in for a takedown but Bond shows good takedown defense.
Christensen has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Bond.
Bond rushes Christensen and presses him up against the cage.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

That was a close round but I would say that John Christensen will probably get the nod.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Bond throws a one two combo.
Christensen is rocked!
No luck for Christensen with that takedown attempt.
Oh Christensen is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Christensen shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Bond as he jumps to the side.
Bond lands with a big right hook that stumbles Christensen - he's out on his feet here! Bond follows up with another monster hook that separates Christensen from consciousness! Christensen falls, almost in slow motion to the canvas! Bond stands and admires his work as the crowd go wild.
