Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Lucious LaFleur (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jex Midnight (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). LaFleur comes to the cage accompanied by 2001 a space odyssey. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Midnight tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.

Midnight decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Midnight swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and LaFleur is now in Midnight's guard. A big mistake from Midnight there, giving up the dominant position!

LaFleur drops back looking for a leg! Midnight is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Midnight manages to kick LaFleur off! LaFleur jumps back into Midnight's guard.

LaFleur got a little sloppy there for a moment and Midnight has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, LaFleur has managed to get both his arms back between Midnight's legs - danger averted.
