The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kent shoots in for a takedown but Maan shows good takedown defense.
Maan throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Kent stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Maan throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Maan lands a slapping body shot.
Maan looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Kent tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Maan swivels and escapes.
Nice takedown defense from Maan. No joy for Kent on that attempt.
Barry Maan has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jamie Leigh Kent.
Kent looks gassed!
Maan lands a head shot.

It looks like Jamie Leigh Kent has been cut.
Kent is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Maan.
Maan lands with a straight right. Kent didn't see that one coming.
Kent shoots in but no luck this time.

Maan stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

Maan lands a left and a right that send Kent crashing to the mat, dazed. Maan thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Kent is rocked!

That has opened up Jamie Leigh Kent's cut even more.
Are you kidding me?! Maan ducked down and unloaded an uppercut from hell that sent Kent clean off his feet! Someone make me a GIF - that's knockout of the night for sure!
