The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fletcher tries to close the distance and clinch up but Melikhov swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Fletcher misses with a low kick.
Melikhov shoots in and bounces Fletcher off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Fletcher looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Melikhov is defending well. Fletcher quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Melikhov has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Fletcher celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
