The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alvarez throws a series of punches but Mayhem moves out of range.
Alvarez ducks right into an uppercut from Mayhem.
Mayhem showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Alvarez.
Alvarez throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Alvarez swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Alvarez swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Mayhem moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Alvarez misses with a double jab
and Mayhem counters by clinching up.
Alvarez is trying to force a seperation but Mayhem has the dominant position.
The pace really dropping off here, momentarily.
Mayhem scores with a nice hook to the head.
