Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Johnny Guapo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Jallow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Guapo throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Jallow was covering up waiting for the punch and Guapo finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Guapo passes into half guard.

Jallow is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Guapo pulls his head out easily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Jallow won't allow Guapo to pass to mount.

Jallow looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.

Guapo is looking for a kimura but Jallow is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Guapo to get the leverage.
Guapo seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.

Guapo looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Jallow is looking to improve his position.
Jallow is refusing to be controlled, as Guapo sits in half guard.
Guapo wants to free his trapped foot but Jallow is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Guapo is working hard here to advance position.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Jallow bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Guapo's head.

It looks like Johnny Guapo has been cut.
Jallow scores with a body shot.
Jallow throws a shot to the body.
Guapo is breathing heavily.

Jallow sends Guapo crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Jallow is motioning to the referee to let Guapo up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Guapo is rocked!
Jallow throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Guapo stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Oh Guapo is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Guapo slips a jab and a cross from Jallow.
Guapo steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Jallow.
Guapo moves out of range of the strikes.
Guapo seems to have got his legs back now.
Jallow misses with a few strikes there.
Jallow throws a body punch but Guapo moves out of range.
Jallow fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Guapo looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Jallow throws a big shot that misses.
Guapo showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Jallow.
Jallow misses with the combination.
Jallow tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Guapo was well out of range. Poor timing from Jallow.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Jallow drops Guapo with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Guapo! Jallow dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
