Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Mason Simpson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Enver Koskinen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Simpson comes to the cage accompanied by Brickhouse . Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Simpson throws a right hand that Koskinen ducks under and follows up with a left that Koskinen also avoids with ease.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

Koskinen tries to score a power double leg takedown but Simpson sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Koskinen somewhat.

Koskinen drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Simpson manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Koskinen has Simpson in his guard.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Simpson connects with a nice short shot to Koskinen's temple.
Simpson is taking a breather. Koskinen says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
