Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Ichi Omori (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vitor Petrov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vitor Petrov is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Omori fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Petrov sprawls well initially but Omori persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Petrov is fighting off a takedown attempt but Omori is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Petrov to the mat. Petrov regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

Omori throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Petrov's waist but Petrov gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Omori off to one side.

Petrov shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Omori is trying to defend but Petrov finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Petrov bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
