Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Ivan Mika (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frank Dank (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dank has chosen Major Lazer - Pon De Floor as his entrance music. Ivan Mika could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Frank Dank's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mika loads up on a big right hand but Dank slips the punch.
Dank takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Dank shoots in for a takedown but Mika shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Mika throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Dank.
Some wild striking there from Mika.

Dank avoids the body shot from Mika.
Dank moves out of range as Mika strikes.

Mika looks to land a combination but Dank avoids it well.

Mika ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Mika displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Dank.

Dank is looking for a kimura but Mika is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Dank to get the leverage.

Dank wants to work for an arm triangle but Mika is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Mika makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work!

Oooh a lovely combination from Mika sends Dank down but not out. Mika dives into side control looking to finish.

It looks like Frank Dank has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Mika happy to just control the position for now.
Dank is looking for a sweep.
Mika will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Mika is looking to take a break and control but Dank is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Dank tries to buck Mika off but Mika is having none of it.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Mika connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Dank's hands.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Dank decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Mika knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Dank on the ground.
Mika works his way to full guard. Good work.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Dank throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Mika's waist but Mika gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Dank off to one side.
Mika takes a swing at Dank's ribcage but misses.
Ivan Mika seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Dank takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Dank ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Mika moves away.
Mika fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Dank looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Mika is fending him off so far but Dank persists. Nope, Mika circles away and we're back to standing.
The crowd cheers as Mika lands an impressive looking overhand right. Dank doesn't seem phased though.

That has opened up Frank Dank's cut even more.

Mika is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
Mika swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Dank drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.

Mika lands with a hook. Dank tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Dank moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Mika digs a good hook to Dank's body.
Mika throws a right and a left that both miss.
Dank takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Mika lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.

The cut above Frank Dank's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Mika looks to land a left hand but Dank moved out of range nicely.
Mika leaves Dank with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Ivan Mika has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Frank Dank.
Mika lands a nice hook to Dank's body. Dank takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Mika tries to bum rush Dank with a series of wild strikes but Dank uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Mika scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

Frank Dank's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Frank Dank's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
