Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Giant Khan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Faustino Ronan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Khan's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Giant Khan Entrance. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Shirou Masuda and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ronan throws a sloppy head kick and Khan moves out of range easily.
Khan lands with a hook. Ronan tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
It looks like Faustino Ronan has been cut.
A punch combination from Khan misses.
Ronan moves in looking to clinch but Khan pushes him off.
Ronan has a takedown stuffed.
Ronan slips a jab and a cross from Khan.
Ronan tries a head kick but it misses.
Khan avoids the head kick by Ronan.
Ronan avoids a punch combination nicely.
Ronan dives in and grabs Khan's left leg, looking for a takedown. Khan pushes down on Ronan's head and hops out.
Faustino Ronan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ronan fails with a takedown attempt.
Giant Khan has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Faustino Ronan.
Khan circles away from the clinch attempt.
Ronan on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.

Khan looks for a takedown but Ronan sprawls well.
The crowd cheers as Khan lands an impressive looking overhand right. Ronan doesn't seem phased though.
Ronan is rocked!
Ronan wants to slow Khan down by chopping away at his legs.
A combination from Ronan does no damage.
Khan throws a jab but it's blocked by Ronan.
Khan instigates a clinch.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Ronan tries to break the clinch but Khan is controlling the position.
Ronan tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Khan cracks Ronan with a nice body shot.
Khan scores with a shot to the side of Ronan's head.
Khan slowing the pace effectively.
Khan breaks the clinch.
Ronan is trying desperately to land a takedown but Khan is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Ronan.

Khan throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Ronan moves out of range as Khan strikes.
Ronan throws a head kick that misses.
Khan is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
Ronan misses with an attempted mid kick.
Ronan looks to clinch

and Khan counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Ronan looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Khan is fending him off so far but Ronan persists. Nope, Khan circles away and we're back to standing.

Ronan seems to have recovered his senses.
Khan works on Ronan's body with a couple of short punches.
Khan lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Ronan backwards.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Ronan tries to break free but Khan pushes him back against the cage.

Khan effectively controlling the action here.
Khan lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.

Khan lands an uppercut.
Khan escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Khan bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Ronan's head backwards.
Khan cracks Ronan with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Ronan tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Khan pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Ronan is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:37 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Giant Khan!
