And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Billy Bob!
The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Trevor Gratis and Dillan Fox.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Cushing II moves into the clinch.

Cushing II tightens his grip and picks Bob up, before dumping him to the ground. Bob manages to land in guard.

Bob clinches up with Cushing II and pushes him back against the cage.

Cushing II is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Bob gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.

and Cushing II counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Cushing II thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Cushing II loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Bob has momentary wrist control but Cushing II slips an elbow through the middle.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Billy Bob dominated that round.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.


Cushing II tries for a takedown but Bob sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
