The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kustavilainen throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
The fight stays on the outside here - Kustavilainen looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Kustavilainen closes the distance and clinches up with High, looking for a takedown. Kustavilainen pushes High against the cage but High circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Kustavilainen closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. High did well to prevent Kustavilainen getting side control.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

High really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Kustavilainen. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Kustavilainen isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. High stacks Kustavilainen on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by High!

High has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Kustavilainen is working away from the top position though.
High slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.

Kustavilainen drops back, looking for a kneebar! High looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. High looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from High!

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
It looks like High is going to stand back up.
