Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Rey de Chocolate (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sepala Mandiram (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mandiram is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Meditation. Rey de Chocolate has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mandiram wants to clinch up but de Chocolate keeps it at a distance.
Mandiram tries to close the distance and clinch but de Chocolate swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
de Chocolate shoots in looking for a takedown. Mandiram tries to sprawl out of it but de Chocolate keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Mandiram manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Mandiram utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

de Chocolate throws a strike but Mandiram rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Mandiram wanted to stand there but de Chocolate had control of the position.

de Chocolate is looking to stand up but Mandiram isn't so interested in that idea.
de Chocolate has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
de Chocolate shoots in and drives through. Mandiram sprawls well.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
