Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lucien Smalls (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Immortal Technique (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Smalls comes to the cage accompanied by Kelis - Milkshake. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, John Roberts and Eddie Farnsworth.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Technique throws a series of punches but Smalls avoids them all with ease.
Technique ducks right into an uppercut from Smalls.
Smalls misses with a combination
and Technique counters with a thumping low kick.
A big right from Smalls misses.
Technique fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Smalls scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Smalls throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Technique.
It looks like Immortal Technique has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Smalls stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Smalls wants it to stay on the feet.
No joy there for Smalls, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Smalls stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Smalls lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Technique throws a head kick that misses
and Smalls makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Technique looks gassed!
A big right followed by a crushing left from Smalls knocks Technique out cold! Ouch - that one's going to be featured in highlight reels for years to come!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Lucien Smalls!
