Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Man Zend (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bas Rotten (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Man Zend has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Man Zend seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Both fighters circling a little - Zend finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Rotten throws a lazy right hand but Zend sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Rotten throws a low kick but it's checked well by Zend.
Zend throws a body punch but Rotten moves out of range.
Rotten takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.

It looks like Bas Rotten has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Rotten swings away with a body shot that misses
and Zend counters with a solid body kick.
Rotten looks gassed!
Zend tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Zend ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Rotten moves away.

Zend lands a big head kick that sends Rotten tumbling to the mat! Zend takes a step backwards and waves Rotten back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Rotten is rocked!
Zend scores with a hook to the body. Rotten takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Rotten is still on wobbly legs! Can Zend finish him?
Zend scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Rotten doesn't seem bothered though.
Rotten seems to have recovered his senses.
Zend ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Rotten takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

Zend moves in looking to clinch but Rotten pushes him off.
Zend lands a right hook to the body.
Rotten on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Zend.
Zend is looking to wear down Rotten with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Zend moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Zend lands with a shot to the body.
Rotten ducks right into an uppercut from Zend.
Rotten takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Zend moves into range and lands a nice body kick.

Rotten sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Nice jab there from Zend.
Zend lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Rotten takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Zend tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Man Zend is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
A solid leg kick lands there for Zend.
Zend scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
A head kick from Zend lands but Rotten takes it in his stride.

Zend dips to his left and cracks Rotten with an uppercut!
Zend lands with a thumping leg kick.
Rotten takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
A slapping leg kick lands for Zend.
Rotten has developed a nice purple lump on his ribcage, as a result of some heavy body kicks from Zend.
Zend throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Zend lands with a straight right. Rotten didn't see that one coming.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Zend connects with a good right hand that stumbles Rotten. Rotten circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
A jab from Zend finds it's way through Rotten's defenses.
Jab, jab by Zend - just one landing.
Zend cracks the inside of Rotten's front leg.

Zend lands a really nice looking cross but Rotten seems unphased.
Zend throws the kick towards the body but Rotten avoids it.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Zend.
Nice shot lands for Zend.
Nice body punch from Zend.
Zend throws a nice inside leg kick.
Zend comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Zend clobbers Rotten with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Zend connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Man Zend dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Bas Rotten's cut.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Zend digs a good body shot into Rotten's ribs.
Zend lands with a straight right. Rotten didn't see that one coming.
Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Rotten might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Zend has got the better of the exchanges.
Zend throws a quick inside leg kick.
Zend lands a lovely overhand right.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Zend misses with a wild combination.
Zend is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Rotten can do to turn this around?
Rotten keeps the fight on the outside.

Zend lands a left and a right that send Rotten crashing to the mat, dazed. Zend thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Rotten is breathing heavily.
Zend stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Zend scores with a nice body kick.

Zend sends Rotten crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Zend is motioning to the referee to let Rotten up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Zend throws an overhand right that drops Rotten like a sack of potatoes! Zend dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:14 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Man Zend!
