The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vincitore throws a leg kick but Garcia checks it.
The crowd cheers as Garcia lands an impressive looking overhand right. Vincitore doesn't seem phased though.

Garcia stalks Vincitore and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Vincitore's face. Vincitore staggers backwards, shaken.

Garcia shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Vincitore napping and manages to drive through into side control!

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Garcia remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

Garcia wants to pass to mount but Vincitore is defending the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Garcia is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Vincitore to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Vincitore shrugs it off.
