The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Letters.
Letters fails to land the takedown.
Letters looks for a takedown but austin sprawls well.

Letters shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

austin gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Letters to score an easy takedown into full guard.

Letters seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but austin does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
