Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Latrice Poole (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wrestling Beast (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Latrice Poole has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Beast can do anything to dispel that myth.

Poole seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Beast does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Poole shoots in for a takedown but Beast shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Beast is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Beast accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Beast is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Poole defends well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Poole sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Beast's guard.

Well Beast has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
