The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Capas tries to clinch but Gruber is having none of it.
Capas tries a head kick but it misses.
Capas wants to clinch.
Gruber keeps the fight on the outside.

Capas with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.

Capas is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Gruber is keeping busy.

Gruber turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Gruber manages to end up in side control.

Capas is pushing Gruber's head away, looking to escape. Gruber manages to hold on to the position though.

Gruber has hold of Capas's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Capas tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Gruber cranks the arm and Capas screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Capas, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
