Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Benn tries for a takedown but Beer sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Benn shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Beer as he avoids it easily.
Beer misses with a body shot.
Benn shoots in but Beer avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Draft Beer has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of DJ Benn.
Benn ducks under a wild hook from Beer.
Benn takes one on the button.

It looks like DJ Benn has been cut.
Beer stuffs the takedown.

Beer closes the distance and clinches.
Benn tries to throw a body punch but Beer avoids it by throwing Benn back against the cage.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Benn.
Beer lands an uppercut.

Benn has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Beer regains guard immediately.
Benn stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Beer swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Benn is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Benn missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.

Benn passes easily into side control. Nice work.
The ground and pound from Benn seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.
Beer managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Benn.

Benn tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Benn has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Benn looks gassed!
Benn prevents Beer from escaping the position.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Benn ducks under a wild hook from Beer.

Beer throws an overhand right that lands on Benn's shoulder, as Benn tries to avoid the shot.

Beer lands a glancing blow to the side of Benn's head.
Benn fails with the takedown.
Beer throws a jab when Benn was well out of range.
Draft Beer seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Beer lands with a right and another and another! Benn is in big trouble! Beer lands again and this time it's lights out for Benn! A quality knockout there for Beer.
