Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ron Wood (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jay Roc (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Roc comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Hey Man, Nice Shot kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, Steve Montenegro and Lou da Vinci.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wood connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Wood tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Wood throws a right hand that Roc ducks under and follows up with a left that Roc also avoids with ease.
Wood's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Wood duly obliges.
Nice combo by Wood! Oh, that's hurt him - Roc falls to the canvas and Wood follows him into side control.
Roc is rocked!
Roc tries to escape but Wood is in control.
Roc is still in real trouble! Can Wood finish him?
Wood is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Roc is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Roc is looking to reverse the position.
Roc seems to have recovered his senses.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Roc is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Wood off and has taken his back!
Roc is working for a rear naked choke. Wood is not defending it well and Roc has tightened it up quickly! This could be all over! Wood refuses to tap and goes to sleep, forcing the referee to intervene. A little trickle of blood came out of Wood's nose as his head slumped to the floor. That is naaaasty!
