The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nagamine stuffs the takedown attempt from Ferreira. Ferreira gets slowly back to his feet.
Ferreira closes the distance and clinches up with Nagamine, looking for a takedown. Ferreira pushes Nagamine against the cage but Nagamine circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Nagamine shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Ferreira wants to control but Nagamine is keeping busy.
Nagamine missing with the ground and pound from half guard.
Nagamine is looking to stall here but Ferreira recovers full guard.
Nagamine throwing strikes but missing.
Ferreira looks gassed!

Nagamine throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Ferreira works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Nagamine drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Nagamine jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Nagamine drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Nagamine as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Ferreira screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Nagamine! Nice submission victory there!
