The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lowe misses with a two punch combination.
A combination from Lowe does no damage.

Pulver decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Pulver wants to free his trapped foot but Lowe is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Pulver sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Lowe defending well though.
Pulver thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Lowe's head.
Pulver stops Lowe from getting back to his feet.
Pulver lands strikes from half guard.
Lowe tries to kick Pulver off but Pulver keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Pulver thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Lowe really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Pulver in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Lowe tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Pulver!
